380gram of yummy chilli biltong heaven! It’s easy to overpower the lovely beef flavour if you over do it with chilli. The idea is to enjoy the quality beef being used but wait for the gentle chilli kick that follows. I grow my own chillis. Quite a few varieties.  I always experiment and tweak my chilli mix. I hope the fun we have making it shines through when you are eating it!
I only sell fresh biltong. I make fresh batches every week. So if l’m out of stock at the time when you place your order, I will make a fresh batch and dispatch as soon as it is ready.
