180gram Chilli Flavour Angus & Jack’s Biltong
I am constantly tweaking my chilli flavour biltong. I don’t want it to be too spicy. The premium beef is the star of the show. The chilli just needs to add to the flavour and give you a gentle kick. Not too overpowering. Here you have a nice sized 180gram bag for £10. If you buy from me in person, I prefer selling my biltong in a food grade paper bag. The product can breathe better and it keeps it fresh and dry. Or if you want to keep it for longer I can vacuum pack it for you. All postage orders will be vacuum packed.
Always keep biltong in the fridge if you want to keep it for longer. But best to eat it fresh because it keeps curing, and will become darker and drier over time.
I only sell fresh biltong. So if l’m out of stock at the time when you place your order, I will immediately make a fresh batch and dispatch as soon as it is ready.
